Bingo Planet team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience in a professional manner. This ensures that all guests receive signature Bingo Planet service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, stay connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm farewell. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day, every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done, all with a professional attitude, is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
Enthusiastically greet guests
Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
Provide Second Mile Service
Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
Any other duties as assigned for the Hospitality staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service
Strong communication/verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others
Able to lift 40 – 60 pounds on occasion
Able to multi-task
Detail orientated
Able to work well independently and in a team environment
Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in food service and/or customer service operations
